WMS (Support) Engineers / Warehouse Management System Support Engineers

Role Overview: You are seeking to hire WMS (Support) Engineers with 4-10 years of experience to work offshore in Cochin, with a requirement to spend 4-6 weeks onsite in the USA for Knowledge Transfer. Key Responsibilities: - Possess very good knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries with a minimum of 4 years of experience - Experience or knowledge in Warehouse Management System will be an added advantage, with at least 2 years of preferred experience - Understand the domain to a working level within 2-4 weeks - Have some knowledge in C# and C+ - Good communication skills in US English are essential - Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently - Take ownership of assigned tasks and incidents - Be a quick self-learner Qualifications Required: - Education background in B.Sc/B.Com/M.Sc/MCA/B.E/B.Tech - Experience in IT/Computers-Software industry - Proficiency in WMS, Oracle, PL/SQL, Warehouse Management, WMS Support Engineer If you meet the above requirements and possess the necessary skills and experience, please send your application to jobs@augustainfotech.com.,
