As a WMS (Support) Engineer at this company, your role will involve providing support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the following key responsibilities: - Utilize your 4-10 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries - Demonstrate experience or knowledge in Warehouse Management System, which would be an added advantage - Possess some knowledge in C# and C, which will be beneficial - Communicate effectively with US English speakers, engaging in direct discussions with the US business team - Work independently offshore while supporting and collaborating with US clients - Exhibit a troubleshooting attitude to identify and resolve issues promptly - Take ownership of assigned tasks and incidents - Be a quick self-learner to adapt to new technologies and processes efficiently To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Industry experience in IT/Computers-Software - Previous role as a Support Engineer focusing on Warehouse Management Systems - Proficiency in key skills such as WMS, Oracle, PL/SQL, Warehouse Management, and WMS Support Engineer - Educational background in B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc, MCA, B.E, or B.Tech,
