WM US Operations Corporate Actions Income Processing Team Leader

Role Overview: As a Corporate Actions Income Processing Team Leader at UBS, your primary role will be to supervise the front to back processing of Corporate Action & Income Processing events for Global Wealth Management Americas. You will be responsible for approving/processing asset movements (cash + stock), producing risk reporting, and supervising/processing daily tasks timely and efficiently. Additionally, you will serve as an escalation point of contact for any Business Partners or Operations colleagues as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the front to back processing of Corporate Action & Income Processing events for Global Wealth Management Americas - Approve/process asset movements (cash + stock) and produce various risk reporting - Supervise/process daily tasks timely and efficiently - Serve as an escalation point of contact for any Business Partners or Operations colleagues - Manage global positions through the lifecycle of corporate events on multiple products including Equity, Fixed Income, Mortgage Backed Securities, and US Treasury instruments Qualifications Required: - Experience in Asset Servicing and managing teams - Familiarity with current market practices and policies, including liability notices, manufactured income, partial calls, physical securities handling and processing, voluntary processing, coupon processing, redemption processing, mandatory processing About the Company: UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
