WLAN Host- Sr Engineer

As an experienced Kernel Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - Strong programming skills in C and hands-on experience working in the Linux kernel & Linux kernel device drivers - Leading a team to meet project deliverables on both technical and man-management fronts - Working with networking components in the Linux Kernel and developing Networking drivers, with a preference for Ethernet and Wireless LAN driver development - Solving complex system issues with excellent problem-solving skills - Working in aggressive, high-pressure environments and interacting effectively with team members and other teams across different locations to identify requirements and plan within resource constraints - Delegating tasks to team members, following up on assignments, and taking ownership to deliver as per schedules and commitments - WLAN driver experience is an added advantage - Willingness to travel abroad - Excellent communication skills - Managing a team to meet development and sustenance requirements for WLAN projects - Interacting with other leads to understand exact requirements, dependencies, and schedules for deliverables - Enforcing strict adherence to policies and processes during any cycle of project development and sustenance - Designing, developing, and guiding team members to meet deliverables - Analyzing and fixing bugs during product verification stage and customer-reported issues - Traveling to customer sites for bug fixing, requirements gathering, and feature discussions This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth.,
