Revenue Generation & Growth Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets. Identify, pursue, and win large-scale, complex contract logistics deals with Fortune 500 and large Indian corporates. Champion solution design and commercial negotiations for multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added services. Customer Engagement & Key Accounts Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across key verticals: FMCG, Retail, Automotive, E-commerce, Pharma, and Industrials. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, solutions design, pricing, legal, and finance to deliver compelling proposals. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor market trends, competitive activity, regulatory changes, and technological innovations in India’s logistics sector. Recommend strategic investments in new geographies, capabilities, and verticals based on customer needs and market gaps. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in B2B sales within contract logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), or supply chain solutions in India. Proven track record of closing large, multi-year warehousing/distribution contracts and leading strategic sales cycles. Strong leadership and team management experience, preferably in a matrix or multinational environment. Deep industry knowledge across logistics verticals, regulatory frameworks, and commercial models across sea, land and air. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
