Ensure electrical installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Train and groom the team on continuous bases. Knowledge, design and development Industrial wiring Design and development of vehicle harnesses. Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment. Perform root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions. Work with automation and PLC systems for process improvement. Manage and supervise electrical contractors and maintenance teams. Maintain documentation of electrical drawings, maintenance schedules, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes. Ensure energy efficiency and suggest improvements for cost reduction.
