Architect and design
complex, scalable, and secure Pega solutions aligned to client business requirements.
Define and maintain
solution architecture blueprints
, integration patterns, and deployment models.
Lead and mentor
development teams, set technical direction, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with
project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders
to translate requirements into robust Pega solutions.
Evaluate and recommend
emerging Pega technologies
and drive innovation in solution design.
Perform
architectural and code reviews
, enforce guardrails, and establish best practices.
Resolve critical technical issues
and provide architectural guidance throughout the SDLC.
Develop and maintain
technical and architectural documentation

Ensure
on-time and within-budget
delivery of Pega projects while meeting non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
Communicate
project status, risks, and architectural decisions
to stakeholders and senior leadership.
