Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills. Utilize blended process knowledge to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English language. Strong interpersonal skills for handling customer queries effectively. Ability to work on blended processes for efficient query resolution. Important notes : - 5 days working and any 2-week offs - Should be flexible with night shifts. - One Way Cab Facility Job location: - Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 2
