Infolob @ Hyderabad office at Gachibowli, (Financial District) is looking to hire Windows/Azure Admin for Full Time

Skills and Exp required:

Overall, looking for 4 -7 years exp

Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred. 

  • Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance. 
  • Ability to understand and create scripts in PowerShell. 
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. 
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. 
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. 
  • Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations.
  • Troubleshot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues. 
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, and third-party single sign-on technologies. 
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Certificate Services, IIS, etc. 
  • Ensuring the operational health of the O365 Suite Applications including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability. 
  • Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility. • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings. • Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes. 
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses. • Update Ticket technical details, document new processes, create guidelines for new solutions, update infrastructure documentation. 
  • Provide escalation support per request from various sources; investigate and troubleshoot issues. 
  • Participate in on-call escalation rotations for 24x7x365 support; evening, overnight, and weekend, holiday and on-call work may be required. • Communicate with customers and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages. 
  • Knowledge of IT industry standards, change management processes, and use of enterprise standards change control procedures. • Keep current on new technologies and advancements in current technologies. • Capability to work under pressure and disaster planning abilities. • Technical and Problem-solving skills • Attention to detail. • Average to excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Must have the ability to provide the explanation of technology for nontechnical managers, directors, and above. Great people skills are a must. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and practices
