Windows System Administrator L1

As a Windows System Administrator - L1 based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities related to Windows systems. With a Graduation or Engineering degree in an IT background and 2-4 years of relevant experience, you will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of the systems. Your main duties will include disk management such as creating partitions for different server types, managing disk space for OS partitions, handling system log files, and managing user accounts. Additionally, you will monitor incident and request services, manage fulfillment, and handle hardware-related tasks like inward/outward movement, rack-stacking, and power-on procedures. Your responsibilities will also involve call logging and troubleshooting with OEMs (Hardware/Software), agent and software installations/removals, OS hardening, infra provisioning, file copy/movement, backup/restoration management using provided tools, OS installation and troubleshooting, and compliance management. Moreover, you will be expected to integrate with the bank's tools, coordinate hardware firmware upgrades with vendors, provide day-to-day application support to end-users, escalate user queries to the bank's IT team, and manage Cloud Windows Server operations.
