Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain AD Forests, Domains, OUs, FSMO roles, and GPOs.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem and Hybrid) environments.
Execute AD backup, disaster recovery drills, and apply improvements post-analysis.
Ensure seamless service operations by supporting authentication services (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, SSO).
Collaborate on incident, change, and problem management via ITIL processes.
Deliver infrastructure automation via PowerShell scripting.
Participate in on-call support rotation, including planned changes and critical incident handling.
Maintain accurate system documentation and knowledge base.
Provide expert-level support to IT Ops and contribute to system stability initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:
Technical certification or training in Active Directory / Microsoft Exchange / Identity Manager.
Strong hands-on experience in AD management, GPOs, and hybrid Exchange environments.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
Working knowledge of Azure AD, Backup/Restore strategies, and Azure Site Recovery.
Experience with authentication protocols and vulnerability management.
