Job Description

Role Overview: You will work in the area of Software Engineering, focusing on the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. Your responsibilities will include applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, developing and applying software engineering practices and knowledge, and supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems - Develop and apply software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance - Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers - Build skills and expertise in the software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Fully competent in your area with a deep understanding of related programming concepts, software design, and software development principles - Work autonomously with minimal supervision - Act as a key contributor in a complex environment and lead team activities for software design and development - Proactively understand internal/external client needs and offer advice - Assess and adapt to project issues, formulate innovative solutions, work under pressure, and drive the team to succeed - Manage costs for specific projects/work areas - Explain difficult concepts to various audiences to ensure understanding - Motivate team members and create informal networks with key contacts outside your area Additional Company Details: The company emphasizes verbal communication skills as a key competency for the role.,
