Job Description

As a Windows Server Administrator, you will be responsible for the following: - Plan, install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems such as 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019. - Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure the smooth operation of the servers. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise to maintain optimal server operation. - Administer and manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and domain controllers. - Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards. - Possess a strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy to effectively manage server operations. - Experience with server virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware, along with familiarity with server hardware and storage technologies. - Showcase excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address any server-related issues efficiently. - Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Windows Server, CompTIA Server, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.,
