Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying market opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, client presentations, follow-ups, Visiting housing societies and arranging demo classes and closing sales. The role also involves attending industry events and working closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Qualifications Experience in sales, client relationship management, and market research Ability to conduct cold calls, give client presentations, and follow up on leads Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the education or sports industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less

You will be involved in assessing students" progress regularly and actively participating in academy events to emphasize the significance of chess. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of chess rules, tactics, and strategies. Prior experience in coaching or teaching, particularly in educational or sports environments, is desirable. Effective communication skills, the ability to connect with students at different skill levels, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Experience in organizing chess events and tournaments is advantageous. Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for online coaching would be a plus. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in education, sports management, or a related field. Possessing a Certified Chess Coach accreditation or a similar qualification would be beneficial for this position.
