Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a tech or software development environment. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and lead generation efforts for our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and contribute to customer acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns focused on software products and services. Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing. Create engaging content such as blog posts, product descriptions, case studies, and social media posts. Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development and positioning strategies. Coordinate with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and develop relevant marketing materials. Help manage the company website and update marketing assets regularly. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and report on KPIs. Participate in product launch activities and online/offline promotional events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the software or IT industry. Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., social media, email, SEO). Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or LMS platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team. Interest in software technology and learning about technical products. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to B2B marketing or SaaS products. Experience with LMS platforms like Moodle. Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our ITES team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales. Handle inbound customer queries effectively and professionally. Explain company services/products clearly to prospects and existing clients. Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and client databases.
