MEGA VACCANCY FOR "WORK FROM HOME" ,PAN INDIA , TELEPERFORMANCE

Description:

5months contract basis August to DECEMBER 31st 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer chat and calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, payments, and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 1 year
in a customer service or voice process role
(Mandatory)
with joining letter and relieving letter docs.
Education:
Under-Graduates
Languages:
Proficient in Hindi with English
Typing Speed:
Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Assessment:
Typing & AMCAT
3 Rounds

System Requirements

Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
Webcam and UPS required
