About Us We are a Chartered Accounting firm based in Australia with a growing offshore office in Mohali. Established since 2016, we provide full-service accounting and tax solutions to a wide range of Australian clients. Our Mohali team works directly with us, ensuring end-to-end exposure to Australian compliance and advisory work. The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in Australian accounting and tax compliance to join our Mohali team. You will play a key role in managing client portfolios, reviewing work prepared by junior/intermediate accountants, and liaising directly with our Australian office. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of Australian company, trust, partnership, and individual tax returns BAS, IAS, FBT and payroll compliance Reviewing work prepared by junior/intermediate accountants and providing feedback/training Managing client queries and correspondence with the ATO/ASIC Assisting partners with tax planning, structuring, and advisory projects Ensuring work is delivered to deadlines and high standards Requirements Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in Australian accounting and taxation (public practice experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Australian tax law and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with Xero and BGL (CAS 360, Simple Fund 360) Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members CA/CPA qualification (India or Australia) highly regarded but not mandatory Candidates that live locally around the area will be preferred You need to have strong attention to detail and should be able to work autonomously Good organisational skills are a must What We Offer Competitive salary package (based on experience and skills) 80-90k per month, depending on experience 20 days annual leave, 10 personal/sick leave + public holidays Direct exposure to Australian clients and complex compliance/advisory work Growth opportunities within a supportive, professional team Locatoin in Bestech Towers, Mohali.
