Wellness Coach

In this role, you will evaluate client health history, goals, and lifestyle to create personalized wellness plans. You will design individualized strategies for clients to achieve their health and wellness targets, considering factors like nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep. Your responsibility will also include educating clients on various wellness topics, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall lifestyle improvements, providing ongoing support and motivation. Additionally, you will monitor client progress towards their goals and adjust plans as needed based on individual responses and needs. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate client health history, goals, and lifestyle - Develop personalized wellness plans - Design individualized strategies considering nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep - Educate clients on various wellness topics - Provide ongoing support and motivation - Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed Qualifications Required: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
