Wellbeing Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Wellbeing Coordinator at EY, you will be a part of the Talent Services team within the Global Delivery Services organization. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Region Wellbeing team by coordinating with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute wellness sessions, managing communication, overseeing logistics for onsite engagements, and tracking participation. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute wellness session calendars, including scheduling, logistics, and approvals. - Manage communication, including invites, mailers, Yammer posts, and reminders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information. - Oversee logistics for onsite engagements, such as room bookings, material approvals, security coordination, and announcements. - Track participation, maintain subscriber lists, and handle wellness-related queries. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree, preference will be given to those with HR Specialisation. - Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level. - Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs. - Working in international and diverse environments.
