As a Whole School Wellbeing Lead Counselor in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to lead meaningful change by championing emotional wellbeing, designing impactful programs, and guiding a team of counselors with empathy and insight. Your mission will be to establish wellbeing as the cornerstone of learning, teaching, and overall thriving within the school community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the school-wide wellbeing vision and develop impactful programs - Supervise and mentor a team of counselors to ensure the emotional wellbeing of students - Offer both one-on-one and group support to students for their holistic development - Collaborate closely with academic leadership and teachers to create a supportive environment - Develop training sessions and interventions for faculty and staff members - Implement data-driven strategies to enhance wellbeing initiatives - Foster a restorative and inclusive culture within the school community **Qualifications Required:** - A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field, including at least 3 years in a leadership position within educational institutions - Postgraduate degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology is mandatory As the ideal candidate for this role, you should possess deep expertise in child/adolescent psychology and trauma-informed practices. Your strong leadership, communication, and planning skills will be essential in executing the responsibilities effectively.
