Description

We are seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing welding processes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and providing technical support to production teams.

Responsibilities

Design and develop welding procedures and specifications
Perform welding process evaluations and inspections
Collaborate with production teams to improve welding techniques and processes
Troubleshoot welding issues and provide technical support
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in welding operations

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in welding engineering or a related field
Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME)
Familiarity with welding equipment and inspection tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
