Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and fitting metal components, with a strong understanding of technical drawings and fabrication processes. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding on stainless steel and mild steel parts. Assemble and fit metal components accurately. Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. Operate power tools, grinders, and cutting equipment. Maintain tools and work area in clean condition. Requirements: ITI or Diploma in Welding/Fitting or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in industrial welding/fitting (freshers may apply). Ability to work independently and in a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Work Location: In person
