Welder/Fabricator/Fitter

We are looking for a skilled Welder & Fitter who can perform welding, fitting, fabrication, and assembly of metal components as per drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in welding techniques and fitting work, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welding:

• Perform welding operations using ARC/MIG/TIG/Gas Welding.
• Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure strong, clean, and accurate weld joints.
• Repair and maintain welded structures and equipment.

Fitting:

• Measure, cut, grind, and fit metal parts accurately.
• Assemble fabricated components as per specifications.
• Use fitting tools like grinders, cutting machines, drills, measuring tools.
• Align and position components correctly before welding.

General:

• Follow safety rules and company standards.
• Maintain tools machines in good condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team.
• Ensure work quality and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Welder / Fitter preferred
• 8th / 10th/ 12th pass with relevant experience can also apply

Experience:

• Maximum 5-10 years of experience in welding and fitting.
• Experience in Fabrication / industrial / manufacturing setup preferred.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of welding techniques.
• Strong understanding of Fitting and fabrication work.
• Ability to read drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit and hardworking.
• Teamwork and discipline.

Safety Requirements:

Must follow safety procedures.

Proper use of PPE ( Helmet, gloves, goggles, shoes )
