Welder Trainee

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Welder Trainee (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team at Suba Solutions. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who have completed technical education (ITI/Diploma) in welding or fabrication and are willing to undergo hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior welders in daily welding and fabrication tasks.
• Learn and perform basic welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding under supervision.
• Prepare, clean, and set up metal components before welding.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies during welding operations.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Participate in on-the-job training sessions to improve technical and safety skills.
• Help in assembling machine frames and fabricated structures as per drawings.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the welding area.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI in Welder / Fitter / Fabrication or
• Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering (Freshers eligible)

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of welding and metal fabrication
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred)
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented attitude
