Welder MIG

• Interpret Blueprints & Drawings
• Understand technical drawings, welding symbols, and job instructions.
• Material Preparation
• Clean, position, and secure parts and assemblies prior to welding.
• Welding Operations
• Select proper welding technique, equipment settings, and consumables.
• Operate assigned welding machine (MIG, TIG, ARC, or Laser) as per job requirement.
• Weld Quality & Inspection
• Produce strong, clean, and precise welds.
• Conduct self-inspection for weld quality (bead appearance, penetration, etc.).
• Identify and correct welding defects like porosity, cracks, or undercuts.
• Safety Compliance
• Wear appropriate PPE (helmet, gloves, apron, safety shoes, etc.).
• Follow company and industry-standard safety procedures.
• Machine & Tool Maintenance
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of welding equipment.
• Report equipment faults to maintenance team.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Record welding parameters, job completion, or any rework needed.
• Maintain production log/job sheet as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,246.69 per month
