Job Title: Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding techniques and able to work with different materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The Welder will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing welding tasks to high standards, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding process and materials.
• Perform welding using various techniques such as TIG, MIG, and stick welding.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and other related tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for welding, and remove slag and other debris after welding.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Welder.
• Certification in one or more welding processes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of welding procedures and safety standards.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
