Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified ITI Welder proficient in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welding Operations:

• Perform TIG, MIG, and ARC welding as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

2. Material Preparation:

• Prepare and clean metal surfaces before welding.
• Ensure proper alignment and fitment of materials.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Conduct necessary adjustments or repairs to meet specifications.

4. Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain and calibrate welding equipment.
• Ensure tools are in optimal working condition and report any issues.

5. Safety Compliance:

• Follow all workplace safety protocols and guidelines.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

6. Documentation:

• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on workflow improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification:

  ITI certification in Welding (or equivalent).

• Experience:

  2+ years of hands-on experience in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding.

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in welding stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Proficiency in operating welding machines and related tools.
