Job Title: MIG Welder Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Department: Production / Fabrication Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Fabrication Manager Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in metal fabrication and MIG welding techniques to support our production goals with precision and safety. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum components as per drawings and job requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure weld quality and adherence to specifications. Perform pre-welding and post-welding operations such as grinding, cleaning, and finishing. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in good condition. Follow all safety procedures and company standards during welding operations. Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets. Report defects or issues to the supervisor and assist in corrective actions.
