Job Title: Welcome Executive – Operations Department
Location: Meridian Hospital, Kolathur, Chennai
Department: Operations
Reports to: HR & Operations Head

Job Summary

The Welcome Executive will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients at Meridian Hospital. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and coordination skills to ensure a warm welcome, smooth registration process, and effective assistance across the hospital’s operational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all patients, visitors, and attendants at the hospital main lobby entrance with a respectful greeting (“Vanakkam”)
• Guide patients to the respective departments, OPD, diagnostic centers, or consultation areas.
• Ensure compliance with hospital service standards, safety, and patient care protocols.

Skills & Requirements

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred).
• Customer service-oriented with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
