Role Overview:

We are hiring a Weekend Field Sales Executive for part-time field assignments across Hyderabad. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the field, interacting with businesses, collecting real market data, and supporting our ground-level expansion.

This is NOT a full-time job. Work is allotted only on weekends with clear instructions and area assignments. Payment is provided on the same day after successful completion of the field task.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Operations & Data Collection

Visit pre-assigned areas in Hyderabad during weekends.

Collect accurate market data as per the format provided (business type, delivery needs, logistics patterns, etc.).

Identify potential B2B clients (FMCG outlets, retail stores, distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, etc.).

Take photos/videos of market conditions when required.

Business Interaction:

Speak confidently with shop owners, managers, and business representatives.

Explain QuickRoute Logistics briefly when needed (basic pitch will be provided).

Collect contact details and delivery requirement insights.

Reporting & Communication:

Submit all collected data in the required format before end of day.

Provide a short summary/voice note to the team with key observations.

Report any competitor activities noticed in the market.

Brand Representation:

Maintain professionalism and represent QuickRoute positively.

Follow all on-field guidelines and behave responsibly at all times.

Execution Discipline:

Follow the given route plan without skipping assigned areas.

Complete work within the designated timeline for the day.

Requirements:

Comfortable with field work and talking to people.

Smartphone with internet and WhatsApp access.

Basic understanding of local areas in Hyderabad.

Good communication and observation skills.

Punctuality and discipline are must.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Work Days: Saturday and/or Sunday only

Payment: Same-day payout after data submission
