As a highly creative Website, Graphic & UI Designer, your role will involve understanding design principles, conversion-focused layouts, and visual storytelling to create visually compelling websites, landing pages, and marketing assets. You will play a crucial part in designing visually stunning, conversion-focused websites, funnels, and landing pages. Your expertise in UI/UX will be utilized to ensure smooth navigation, responsive layouts, and engaging user experiences. Working with platforms like WordPress, WIX, Shopify, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, and Webflow, you will implement designs and customize elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing banners, eBooks, PDFs, social media graphics, and other marketing materials. Your focus on responsive and mobile optimization will ensure that all designs are fully optimized across all devices. Collaborating with the team, you will conduct A/B testing to analyze performance and refine designs for better conversions. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Web & UI/UX design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and user behavior. - Proficiency in HTML & CSS to customize elements in CMS/LMS platforms. - Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator for wireframes, mockups, and assets. - Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress (Elementor, Divi), Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Webflow, and Shopify. - Understanding of JavaScript and experience in designing and optimizing sales funnels, landing pages, and lead generation pages. - Knowledge of SEO-friendly design, performance optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and marketers. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
