As a skilled and creative website developer, you will be joining our digital marketing team. Your role will involve developing, designing, and maintaining websites to ensure they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS - Customize themes, plugins, and templates to meet client requirements - Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO readiness - Debug, test, and fix issues for smooth website operation - Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team - Ensure mobile-first and cross-browser compatibility - Maintain website security and perform regular updates Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress - Experience in customizing themes, plugins, and templates - Knowledge of website optimization techniques - Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively - Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail - Understanding of mobile-first and cross-browser compatibility - Familiarity with website security best practices Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time.
