Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer who will be responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining our company website. The ideal candidate will also manage our social media presence by planning, creating, and posting content across various platforms as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Design & Maintenance
• Design, develop, and update responsive websites using modern UI/UX principles.
• Maintain website functionality, layout, and performance.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility.
• Upload and update website content, banners, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather website requirements.
• Regularly test website for bugs, speed, and usability issues.
• Social Media Management
• Create and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop basic graphics, templates, and short videos for social media posts.
• Schedule and manage content calendars as per business needs.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online presence.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
• Proven experience in website designing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in tools like WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or custom HTML/CSS/JS.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization.
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g. Cap Cut, Premiere Pro).
• Prior experience in social media management roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
