Role Overview: As a skilled and creative Website Developer, your main responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites. You should possess strong technical expertise in front-end and back-end development, with a keen focus on clean code, SEO optimization, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain dynamic websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks such as React, Laravel, or WordPress. - Ensure websites are responsive, SEO-optimized, and perform efficiently across all devices and browsers. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams to transform ideas into engaging web experiences. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites to enhance performance. - Optimize web pages for speed, mobile performance, and SEO ranking. - Maintain version control using Git or similar tools. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL. - Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. - Basic knowledge of SEO practices and integration with Google Analytics. - Ability to work on cross-browser compatibility and adhere to security best practices. - Familiarity with cloud hosting and domain management. Additional Details: You will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in web development is required (freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply). Having a portfolio of previous web development projects is preferred.
