About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with client and business needs. You will collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and responsive website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to implement design concepts into functional websites.
• Ensure designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and color usage across projects.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Website Designer, Web/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong creativity, visual design skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design processes.
