Role Overview: As a Website Designer & Builder at our dynamic marketing agency in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in transforming client requirements into clear, functional wireframes and engaging, high-fidelity mockups. Your main responsibilities will include mapping out site structures, navigation, and content flow to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Leveraging the Odoo website builder, you will bring your designs to life by customizing blocks, applying styling, and creating responsive, visually appealing websites that align perfectly with design specifications. Your focus will be on applying best practices in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, emphasizing visual hierarchy, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Transform client requirements into clear wireframes and engaging mockups - Map out site structures, navigation, and content flow for intuitive user experience - Utilize Odoo website builder to create responsive and visually appealing websites - Apply best practices in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design - Collaborate effectively with the team to articulate design decisions Qualifications Required: - Strong portfolio showcasing compelling website designs - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design - Previous experience with Odoo's website framework is a plus - Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Company Details: This is a full-time freelance opportunity for project-based work, with the potential to transition into a full-time employee role. The position requires on-site work at a Bhive Workspace in Bangalore for 2-3 days per week. Freelancers will work directly with a Belgian company and are responsible for handling their own taxes.
