Website Designer & Builder (Freelance)

As a dynamic marketing agency in Bengaluru, we are in search of a talented Website Designer & Builder who can bring visions to life by creating stunning, functional websites with exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing, transforming client requirements into clear, functional wireframes and engaging, high-fidelity mockups. You will map out site structures, navigation, and content flow to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Additionally, you will bring your designs to life using the Odoo website builder, leveraging its drag-and-drop functionality, customizing blocks, and applying styling to create responsive, visually appealing websites that align perfectly with design specifications. Your focus will be on applying best practices in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, emphasizing visual hierarchy, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. We are seeking candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create compelling website designs, including examples of wireframes and mockups that showcase the design process. You should have solid expertise in UX/UI design principles, information architecture, and responsive design. While previous experience with Odoo's website framework is helpful, it is not strictly required. We are looking for individuals who are quick learners and eager to master new platforms. A keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively, are essential for this role. This opportunity involves project-based work initially, with the potential to transition into a full-time employee role. The position requires on-site work at a Bhive Workspace in Bangalore, where you will collaborate directly with a Belgian company. Freelancers are welcome, but they must handle their own taxes.
