As a Website Designer & Builder at our dynamic marketing agency in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in transforming client requirements into clear, functional wireframes and engaging high-fidelity mockups. Your responsibilities will include: - Mapping out site structures, navigation, and content flow to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience. - Utilizing the Odoo website builder to bring designs to life through drag-and-drop functionality, customizing blocks, and applying styling for responsive and visually appealing websites. - Applying best practices in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, focusing on visual hierarchy, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create compelling website designs, understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout. While experience with Odoo's website framework is beneficial, we value quick learners who are eager to master new platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and articulation of design decisions. This full-time freelance opportunity may transition into a permanent role, requiring on-site work at a Bhive Workspace in Bangalore for 2-3 days per week. Freelancers will work directly with a Belgian company and manage their own taxes.
