Website Design Specialist

Location: Bangalore (onsite).

This is 5 day work from office arrangement

Avathon India is seeking a creative and technically skilled Website Design Specialist. You will be responsible for managing strategy, roadmaps, user experience, content and channel performance for Avathon websites and other owned digital assets. You will implement best practices, utilize new tools and platforms to foster better customer experiences and make continuous improvements to Avathon Website brand asset based on data and insight. You will be hands-on working with our marketing resources and tools and adept at collaborating with stakeholders from across the business to deliver digital programs that produce quantifiable results. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and well organized individual with experience managing complex digital projects across multiple stakeholders, with a proven track record of actively managing B2B websites that generate pipeline.

What will you do:

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade Avathon s website(s). Lead web development and redesign projects as necessary.


• Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics. Collaborate with internal content and design teams on respective strategies and keep the website content updated.


• Maintain and dynamically update website content using CMS platforms(e.g. WordPress). Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine performance.


• Ensure website UX, speed, and responsiveness are optimized.


• Plans and implement web-based marketing strategies / campaigns via website(s). Coordinate with colleagues to ensure campaigns are well represented on the website(s).


• Expand company s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, etc.


• Develop a holistic view of the customer journey and apply data and insights to inform the development of the website experience.


• Maintain knowledge of best practices, trends, and developments in online marketing.


• Analyze and report on Website performance and areas of improvement

You will have:

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or related field


• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B web admin role


• Experience building web pages, landing pages, and email templates


• Track record of managing and optimizing B2B website ideally for SaaS offering


• Knowledge of testing and measurement practices to optimize ROI and evolve strategy. Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC)


• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, HTML, WordPress, and GSuite required


• Strong understanding of web and digital marketing best practices


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task


• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude, with desire to learn about AI and its practical applications
