About the Role

As a Website Catalogue Executive at Headphone Zone, you’ll be part of the incredible team that works behind the scenes to build and maintain our award-winning website.

You’ll help create and optimise product pages, write engaging content, and ensure our site is always accurate, user-friendly, and visually compelling — so customers can discover and shop the finest headphones and audio gear with ease.

Your work will help ensure that every page reflects our love for music, our commitment to quality, and the high standards of customer experience we strive for. From product listings to banners to SEO-friendly content, you’ll help us make every visit to our site a seamless and inspiring one.

What You’ll Do

• Draft new product pages from scratch — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Optimise existing product pages to improve user experience and drive conversions
• Write engaging, benefit-driven content that inspires customers to buy
• Create SEO-friendly pages and posts to enhance search visibility
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to design eye-catching banners and visuals
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure the site reflects our latest offerings and promotions
• Maintain a meticulous and up-to-date catalogue — free of errors, broken links, or outdated content

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers are welcome! Or even better — 1–2 years of experience in website/catalogue management, content writing, or e-commerce operations
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A sharp eye for visual design, layout, and user experience
• Ability to write clear, engaging, benefit-driven content
• Familiarity with SEO best practices (bonus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

• Based in Mumbai — this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
