As a Website Design & Development professional, you will be responsible for designing, building, and updating internal company websites using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. Your role involves ensuring that websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with company branding. Additionally, you will optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility standards. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement content updates will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and update internal company websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. - Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and in line with company branding. - Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement content updates. In the Graphic Design domain, you will be tasked with creating graphics, layouts, and visuals for internal brochures, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. Your role extends to designing high-impact visuals for expos, producing creative content for social media platforms, and developing infographics, icons, and custom illustrations as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design graphics, layouts, and visuals for internal brochures, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. - Create high-impact designs for expos, social media platforms, and custom illustrations as needed. As a Brand Steward, you will maintain and evolve the visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in typography, colors, and imagery throughout digital and print materials. Collaboration with various teams like marketing, HR, events, and internal communications to conceptualize and execute design projects will be part of your routine. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work. - Hands-on experience with web development technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. - Familiarity with print production process and requirements for expo materials. - Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. - Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills. Preferred Qualities: - Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools. - Experience with basic animation for web/social. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics. - Familiarity with best practices for internal communications graphics.,
