Webflow Developer

About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Webflow developer who can lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver pixel-perfect websites for our clients. You'll work with agencies, startups, and product companies to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Webflow development projects from concept to deployment
• Build complex, scalable Webflow websites with custom code
• Implement advanced animations, interactions, sliders, and custom components
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow sites
• Mentor and train junior developers and interns
• Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members
• Create reusable Webflow components and libraries
• Stay current with Webflow updates and best practices
• Estimate project timelines and manage deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Expert knowledge of all Webflow custom frameworks and components
• Deep understanding of sliders, animations, interactions, and custom elements
• Extremely detailed understanding of SEO implementation in Webflow
• Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with custom code in Webflow (HTML embeds, JavaScript, APIs)
• Proven track record of delivering at least 10+ high-quality Webflow projects
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent communication skills - ability to explain and simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience training and enabling junior team members
• Portfolio of custom projects built outside the regular work scope
• Personal projects demonstrating curiosity and continuous learning
• Proficiency with development tools (Cursor, VS Code)
• Ability to solve any technical problem independently
• High ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving
