Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new clients and develop a strong network of buyers and sellers. Conduct market research to identify property value and trends. List properties for sale or lease and create compelling marketing materials. Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses. Provide guidance and assistance to clients on property selection, pricing, and negotiation. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and agreements. Maintain updated knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and financing options. Collaborate with property developers, brokers, and other agents. Use CRM software to manage client data and track sales activity. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Valid real estate license (as per local government regulations). Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers over the phone, explain our products/services, and generate leads or close sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain company products/services to customers clearly and effectively. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries. Maintain customer database and update call records. Follow up with interested leads. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Provide excellent customer service and handle objections confidently. Coordinate with the sales or support team as required. Requirements: Good communication skills in [Hindi/English].
