Job Description: CoPoint AI is a specialized consulting firm focused on transforming businesses through process improvement and data insights. We have two main technical offerings: - We accelerate enterprise AI adoption through our comprehensive AI Accelerator program, establish tailored AI Foundations for all stakeholders, and leverage our innovative RAD Lab to deliver AI-powered development that reduces time by up to 50%. - We help organizations unlock their data's full potential through strategic roadmaps, analytics platforms that deliver actionable insights, and machine learning capabilities that predict market trends and customer behaviors. In this design-focused role, not a front-end development position, you will lead and collaborate on the design of custom web applications and SaaS products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing user-centric web application interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Creating interactive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design vision. - Conducting user research, analyzing usage patterns, and incorporating feedback into iterative designs. - Developing and maintaining design systems and UI style guides. - Translating complex workflows into intuitive UX solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business goals. - Visualizing and mapping out user journeys, decision trees, and interaction flows. - Ensuring designs are optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform consistency. - Optionally contributing to mobile app UI/UX designs (not mandatory, but preferred). The ideal candidate will have: - 3-5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience (preferably for SaaS or enterprise apps). - A strong design portfolio showcasing real-world product work. - Fluency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and component libraries. - A deep understanding of UX best practices, design thinking, and accessibility standards. - Strong communication skills, able to justify design choices with clarity and confidence. - A mindset of possibility, creativity, and user empathy, thinking like the user, not the developer. - Ability to work independently and with distributed teams. - Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Miro, Balsamiq, or other collaborative design platforms. - Bonus: Exposure to basic front-end concepts to aid in better collaboration with dev teams (but not expected to code). What's In It For You: - A chance to shape products from early concept to polished experience. - Collaboration with a team that respects design as a critical discipline. - Flexibility in work style and schedule. - Competitive compensation and ongoing learning support.,
