Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for web applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects through appropriate bug-tracking tools.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by validating features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software testability and quality.
• Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
• Maintain and optimize existing automation test suites for better performance and scalability.
• Stay current with the latest automation tools, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Selenium and Playwright for test automation.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test planning, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for scripting automated tests.
• Experience in web application testing, including UI, API, and cross-browser validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
