Role: React + Java Microservices Full Stack Developer

Locations: Pune (Priority), Bangalore, Chennai

Work mode: Hybrid work from office

Notice period: Maximum 45-60 days

Role Designation - Technology Lead

In this exciting role, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our next-generation web applications. You will leverage your full-stack expertise across both back-end and front-end technologies, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring our vision to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on React.js and Java Microservices.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong back-end development experience using Java, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Expertise in front-end development using React.js, including hooks, context API, Redux, and component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and integration with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• A passion for building scalable, user-centric, and high-quality web applications.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore or Trivandrum, or be willing to relocate to one of these locations. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Skills:

• At least 6 years of experience in Full Stack web development.
• At least 5 years of experience in back-end development using Java Microservices.
• At least 5 years of experience in front-end development using React.js.
• Experience with project life cycle activities on development projects.
• Experience with automation and performance testing relevant to development is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in Telecom, Banking Domains.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
