Web / Graphic Designer

As a Web Designer at our digital marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional web experiences using the latest UI/UX techniques. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team. - Conceptualizing original design ideas that prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness. - Communicating design ideas through user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. - Creating wireframes or mockups for various web pages and applications. - Designing layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. - Developing branding assets for websites, apps, and other media. - Creating creatives for social media and banners for marketing campaigns. - Following design guidelines, standards, and best practices. - Maintaining the appearance of company websites. - Designing visual imagery for websites in line with brand requirements. - Incorporating functionalities and features into websites. - Collaborating with the team and clients to brainstorm innovative ideas. - Presenting designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders with justifications. Qualifications required for this role include: - A relevant Diploma/Degree in a related field. - Proven work experience as a Web Designer. - Creative mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, and other visual design tools. - Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. - Good understanding of search engine optimization principles. - Proficient knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues. - Excellent communication skills. - Demonstrable graphic design skills showcased in a strong portfolio. - Ability to creatively and effectively solve problems. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies. - Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. - Self-motivated with a high level of commitment. - Good time-management skills.,
