Role & Responsibilities: As a Web Developer , you will be responsible for creating and maintaining responsive, dynamic websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to build efficient and scalable web solutions. Your responsibilities include: Designing and Developing Websites : Build responsive and user-friendly websites and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. Back-End Development : Collaborate in building server-side components, databases, and APIs for functionality. Code Optimization : Ensure web applications are optimized for maximum performance and scalability. Collaborating with Teams : Work closely with the design, product, and testing teams to bring wireframes and prototypes to life. Troubleshooting and Debugging : Address issues with websites, applications, and performance. Optimize load times, usability, and maintainability. Implementing Security : Ensure security best practices are followed to prevent common vulnerabilities and threats in web applications. Staying Up to Date : Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development. Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of code, features, and development processes. Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills : Proficient in HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js , Vue.js , or Angular . Experience in server-side programming (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.) and working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.). Familiarity with Version Control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub , GitLab , or Bitbucket . Knowledge of APIs (RESTful and GraphQL). Experience with responsive web design and working with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS . Understanding of web security practices (e.g., XSS, CSRF, etc.). Familiar with testing frameworks and debugging tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (e.g., Heroku, AWS, Netlify, etc.). Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Attention to detail and a passion for coding.
