Web Developer (Laravel / PHP)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Developer to become a part of our expanding team. Your responsibilities will include working on contemporary, secure, and scalable web applications utilizing PHP and the Laravel framework. This position encompasses both backend development and frontend integration, such as API management, constructing custom modules, and generating dynamic components using tools like Livewire, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and sustain web applications with the latest version of Laravel and core PHP. - Establish interactive elements using Laravel Livewire or similar frameworks. - Collaborate with team members to devise efficient and scalable architecture. - Address and rectify application-level and code-related issues through troubleshooting and debugging. - Uphold well-organized and clean code with appropriate documentation and Git versioning. Required Skills: - Proficient knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and MVC architecture. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend integration. - Experience with Laravel Livewire or other contemporary frontend-Laravel integrations (such as Vue, Alpine.js, etc.). - Ability to work comfortably with APIs and incorporate third-party services. - Familiarity with Git and version control methodologies. - Strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Interview Process: Our evaluation process consists of two stages: 1. Technical Interview: - In-depth questioning regarding Laravel basics, API integration, and code flow. - Deliberation on real-world scenarios and project exposure. 2. Practical Assessment (Compulsory): - Completion of a brief coding task or mini-project to evaluate your Laravel coding skills, logic, and understanding of API handling.
