Job Description

As a Web Developer at Weisetech Developers, you will be part of our world-class team committed to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs. With an offshore development center in India, we specialize in Website and Mobile application development, offering services such as offshore software development, website design, iPhone/iPad application development, Android application development, and multimedia design. Your primary role will involve working with a Tech Stack that includes PHP 8, Laravel (REST API, Blade, Eloquent, queues, caching, optimization), TALL Stack (Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS), MySQL/MariaDB, EAV, and WordPress (HTML/CSS, Sass, jQuery, REST API). Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of experience with solid mid-plus level skills in these technologies. Experience with high-load applications and tools like Git, Composer, and npm will be essential. In addition to technical skills, we value Soft Skills such as independence, reliability, logical and structured thinking, and the ability to work well in a team while being a clear communicator. A curious and motivated mindset to solve complex problems, write clean and maintainable code, and diagnose bugs methodically will be crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Russian is a plus as daily standups may be conducted in Russian, though switching to English is acceptable for us.
